It will be indeed sad if you are looking for a Replacement/Refund. You as well as your employee would have invested a lot of time in the engagement over many days or maybe weeks. Here are somethings you must try before going for a replacement or refund. These are based on our experience of employer-employee relationships since 2014. Employers have found them helpful in hiring/retaining their workers:

We offer a simple, no hassles Refund as well as Replacement policy. You do not even need to call us for this. Just go to My Account and initiate the replacement or refund as the case may be.

Replacement Policy

You can interview new candidates for a Replacement, if the candidate hired by you leaves within 6 months, or is asked to leave for a reasonable reason, or is on leave for a few days. The database remains accessible to you for 6 months after you have hired someone (and told us).

Just go to Contact List and update the status as "Left within 6 months". This option will be seen for the candidate you had marked as "Hired By Me".

Refund Policy

If you decide not to hire from Helper4U or if you hire from some other service provider, you can take a 70% refund of the amount paid by you, while your package is active.

Note

If you take a refund you will not be eligible for:

• FREE Latest verification report of any Helper
• FREE replacement for 6 months
• Removal of any candidate you may have hired, from the website. This would mean the candidate will still keep getting more, and maybe better offers and may leave your job

Process:

To claim refund*

1. Update all remarks correctly against every candidate whose contact you have taken – You can do this in Contact List in your Account.
2. Go to Payments under My Account and claim your refund within the validity of your package.
3. Refund can be claimed 15 days after buying a package.
